The CT60 Rugged Tablet PC offers a full PC experience, in a nearly indestructible housing, to many industries and environments where PCs have not been utilized. It is designed for applications in transportation, distribution, and logistics.

Tested to MIL-STD 810F specifications, the CT60 is tough enough to handle freezing temperatures, pouring rain, shock, vibration, dirt, humidity, liquid spills, damaging chemicals and other demanding situations while delivering reliable mobile functionality wherever work gets done – whether it’s behind a desk, on the road or out in the field.

For ultimate convenience and flexibility, the CT60 can be removed from its dock without switching to stand-by mode or powering down, enabling “grab and go” functionality that allows the user to take it to the source of the work.

Because the CT60 operates on Microsoft’s new Windows XP for Tablet PC platform, users will be able to run full Windows-based applications using true pen input, through digital ink capture, giving them a versatile and productive mobile computing experience. The Microsoft Windows operating system ensures compatibility with a variety of other Intermec computers that share a Windows OS in common.

Powered by the Mobile Intel® Pentium® III processor-M with Enhanced Intel SpeedStep® Technology, the CT60 delivers high performance while being highly efficient in its power consumption, allowing for a full workday of service.

The CT60 features a vacuum-sealed, rugged aluminum housing, 256 MB RAM, 20GB hard drive, docks for a wide range of applications, and dual hot-swappable batteries for seamless operation and improved productivity.
